Eldercare Discussions & Solutions

Healthcare for our older generation is in a state of rapid decline. The problems rest not only in the severe staffing shortages but in the quality of care and the costs provided to and for the elderly. Our mission is to address and bridge that gap. We are a non-profit corporation located in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. We were established to provide heath care professionals with the best training, tools, and support to address this critical care need.

The East End Institute (EEILTC, is  a non-profit corporation located in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.  It was established to prepare health care professionals with the best training, tools, and support in order to provide excellent care for the elderly. Until lately, training of long-term care medical staff was geared toward short-term "successes", providing minimal skills for basic care.  This has proven to be dangerously inadequate. Ongoing attention, inspection, and education are tools that are needed for success for both the patients and their providers.
